| Autre | Pinabre Campsite & Gites - Booking Terms and Conditions - To ensure that all our guests receive an enjoyable stay at Pinabre we draw your attention to the following terms and conditions that form the basis of your contract with us. Please take time to read them before booking. This is a legally binding contract between the property owner, and the holidaymaker. The property owner is also referred to as "we" and "us". The holidaymaker is the person who signs the booking form or, in the case of online booking, the person who makes the online payment. This person is responsible for ensuring all members of the holiday party accept and adhere to these terms and conditions. The holidaymaker is also referred to as "you". The property referred to being mentioned in all correspondence. Booking Information - At time of booking we will require the following information : Names of all party members and ages of any children, Address, Telephone Number, Email, type of accommodation and required dates of stay. We would also request that you furnish us with any special requirements or requests so that we can better manage your booking with us. On acceptance of the booking you will receive and email confirmation from us with any further instructions. Booking Restrictions - The person making the booking must be at least 21 years of age (this minimum age does not include other party members). We do not accept bookings for single sex groups (such as stag and hen parties) LGBT couples and families are of course welcome. We do not permit parties or similar events to be held on our property. Deposits/Payment - A deposit will be required at time of booking. The amount of deposit payable may vary depending on the type of accommodation/pitch booked, length of stay and total cost of holiday. Gite deposits secure your booking and acts as a security deposit. Deposits will be returned to you in full after your holiday providing the gite has been left in an acceptable condition. Guests are expected to leave the gites as they were presented to them. If any extra cleaning, replacement of any breakages or missing items is required then we reserve the right to deduct any incurred costs from your security deposit. The full rental charge for your holiday is to be paid at least four weeks before your holiday is due to commence. Campsite deposits are treated as partial payment of your total holiday cost, with the balance payable at least four weeks before your holiday is due to commence. Payment Methods - Payments for deposits or holiday balances can be made by bank transfer to our French Bank Account, details of which will be supplied at time of booking. Any extra payments made after arrival may also be paid in Euros. Arrival and Departure Times - Guests may check in from 4pm. If your party arrives early, it may be possible that your accommodation is ready but not guaranteed as cleaning and linen changes need to be completed prior to re letting. If your arrival is delayed for any reason, we ask you to keep us informed of your expected arrival time. On day of departure, we ask guests to vacate their accommodation or pitch by 10.30am. Party Size on Arrival - Please note that only guests named at time of booking will be allowed to occupy any accommodation or pitch. If the composition of your party changes it will need to be agreed with us prior to your arrival. Additional charges may apply for the accommodation of extra guests. Late Arrival or curtailment of your Holiday. If you arrive later than your confirmed arrival date or decide to leave earlier than booked for any reason. Then no refund of the booked rental charge will be payable. Cancellation by You - Your booking with us constitutes a binding contract with us. If you have booked through a third party, then the cancellation terms stated on that site will apply. If you fail to arrive as booked then the following will apply : • Any deposits paid to us are non-refundable - • If you cancel your booking four weeks or more prior to our booked arrival date, we will make every effort to re-let your accommodation/pitch. If we are unable to do so then 50% of your total booking cost will be payable. • If you cancel within one week of your booked arrival date or fail to arrive then the full cost of your holiday will be payable, unless we are able to re-let your accommodation/pitches in full. Cancellation by Us - If we are forced to cancel your holiday due to unforeseen circumstances, or because of circumstances beyond our control (such as hostilities, civil unrest, natural disaster or other reasons amounting to “Force Majeure”) then you will receive a full refund of any monies already paid to us as of the date of cancellation. We are unable to re-imburse you for travel or other expenses incurred. We recommend that you have adequate travel insurance to cover you for these instances. House Rules - • Children must not be left unaccompanied anywhere on the property without adult supervision. • Dog/Pets are welcome on request by prior arrangement. We ask our guests not to let pets on the furniture in the gites and to provide adequate bedding for your pet. Pets must not be left unattended at any times and must remain on a leash and properly supervised whilst in the garden areas and grounds. Please clean up after your pets in an appropriate manner. We have many bridleways locally where you can exercise your pet, A maximum of two pets per booking are allowed. • Smoking is not allowed inside any of the buildings. Smokers are asked to dispose of cigarette butt and matches responsibly and use one of the sand buckets located around the site. Quiet Hours Policy - We operate a quiet hours policy between the hours of 10.00pm and 8.00am. We ask our guests to respect this policy and other guests by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours. At the End of your Stay - Guests are expected to leave their accommodation in a clean and tidy condition on departure. Please ensure that dishes are washed, rubbish deposited into bins provided floors swept, mopped or vacuumed. Guests do not need to strip bedding and can leave any used towels in the bath or shower tray. Guests on the campsite are also expected to leave their pitch in a manner that they would expect to find it. Breakages - We ask guests to report all breakages and/or defects so that we can restock and repair in time for the next guests. We do not charge for small breakages (Crockery, glassware etc) but you may be charged for larger breakages or damage. Guest Liability - Please check all correspondence received by us relating to your holiday and inform us if any errors or omissions have been made. If you have any other questions regarding your booking then please let us know, where we will be only too happy to answer them. You are responsible for all members of your party and must ensure that their behaviour does not endanger the health and safety of themselves or others. All animals and children must be properly supervised at all times whilst on the property. You accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you or any members of your party (including pets) whether to our property or that of other guests. Full payment must be made for any such damage prior to leaving. Pinabre is a tranquil and peaceful site where guests come to relax and enjoy the beautiful Breton countryside, as such we ask all guests to respect others and not cause any undue noise or disruption that may affect the enjoyment of others. All vehicles, camping equipment contents and belongings are brought onto the property entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for taking care of your belongings and adequately storing/securing your property when left unattended. Please ensure that you have adequate travel insurance. Accessibility - Please be aware that Pinabre Campsite and Gites are based around two hundred year old buildings and in common with most French properties feature uneven gravel pathways, steep and narrow staircases with reduced head room. Complaints/Feedback - If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your accommodation or service then please inform us immediately so that we can rectify any problems ensuring that you enjoy the rest of your holiday. Also if you have any ideas or recommendations that would improve our offering to our guests in future, then please let us know. Data Protection - Any personal information given at time of booking or during your stay may be stored in our records. This information will not be made available to any third party without your permission (unless required to do so by law or local authorities). We may use this information to contact you in future in the case of marketing and offers. If you wish for your details to be removed from our records after your stay then please let us know. And finally - Please be aware that as a rural property we are not connected to mains drainage and as such rely on a series of septic tanks and filter beds to treat our sewerage and waste water. This is an organic system which can be easily damaged by strong chemicals such as bleaches, as such any chemicals used must be suitable for use in septic tanks and marked “sans danger pourfosses septique”. We also ask hat nothing is flushed down the toilets other than human waste and toilet paper. Nappies and Wipes will block the system. For your convenience we supply suitable cleaning materials in the gites. Thankyou. |
